Some people may say that having UX Designers put effort on a banner is almost a waste of time.
Not really. Sometimes the experience that will be seen on a banner is so rich and full of variables and scenarios, that the UX department ends up being really helpful - to design those interactions and to highly raise the standards (in comparison to other banners that we see everyday).
Especially when a banner has a rich webcam interaction, a huge media budget and a really loved celebrity featured on it.
